Please read these terms and conditions before using this website and making booking of holiday apartment.Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms and conditions before completing your transaction with us.
When you buy via the site or give us any personal data, we may need to collect information about you to process the transaction, fulfill your order and provide you with the services. This information may include, but is not limited to, details such as your name, your address, your phone number and your credit card details on a separate secured page.
You undertake to us that the details you give to us are correct in particular (the titles, spelling of names must be supplied as they appear in the passport), that the credit or debit card you are using is your own. We shall not be liable for and shall be indemnified by you in respect of any suffered as a result of any incorrect or incomplete details in your booking. If there are any changes to the details supplied to us by you it is your responsibility to inform SIA Lauku Darbi about it as soon as possible.
By disclosing your personal information to us using this website or email, or over the telephone, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information by SIA Lauku Darbi. You agree to receive news and offers to your email adress.
Images, facilities and descriptions of holiday apartments are provided to give general information about the property. Images of apartment types do not necessarily represent the rooms and bed configuration of the apartment being purchased. NO REFUND IS GIVEN IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ACCOMMODATION.
Any visa, passport and health requirements are your responsibility.

Booking of Holiday apartment (Booking)
A 10% deposit is required at the time of Booking to confirm your reservation with the balance payable on the site before your departure.Your contract for Booking with us is formed when you have paid 10% of total Bookings costs and have received an email from us confirming acceptance of your Booking.
After successful payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail with details of your Booking. Please print out the email (voucher ) and take it with you. You will have to present the email (voucher) to the Welkomer person upon your arrival at airport. (Kristiansund, Kvernberget airport) If you do not present the email (voucher), you may be refused to take you to the Holiday apartment and provide you the service.
Tariffs apply from April 1st until the end of October, but are subject to change without notice.
During this time all properties have a stay of 7 nights, 10 nights or 14 nights, unless organised differently with us. The check-in time is at 14:00, check-out time is at 12:00.
In the event that any rental property is damaged maliciously, or beyond normal wear and tear, or any key or other goods belonging to a rental property is lost, we reserve the right to charge the reasonable cost for repair or replacement of that property to the guest, and in that regard, the guest acknowledges that the charge may be debited from the credit card or charge facility used for payment of the booking.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are Non-refundable. Please note: if booking is cancelled or in case of no-show the deposit of 10% paid by you due at the time of booking will be kept (the deposit will be kept to cover expenses regarding your booking). We will endeavor to rebook your dates if at all possible.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time if there are reasons, which require us to do so. The reasons like : fire, earthquake, flood, substantial snowstorm, epidemic, explosion, strikes, riot, civil disturbance, war, any failure or delay of any transportation, power or communications system or any similar events which are beyond our control. If this happens we will give you a full refund of all monies that you may have paid and we will have no further liability to you.
